EZCensus boasts as the most complete software for creating surveys. With its easy to use and intuitive interface, EZCensus is the right instrument for a professional research, but can also be successfully used by occasional users.
There is virtually no limit to its usability. The product’s high scalability and customization capability ensures that it can be applied in customer satisfaction surveys or market research, employee surveys within the organization or client surveys. EZCensus is the tool that your company needs in order to evaluate third-party feedback on business processes and your first step in your future strategic options.
- CREATE. The survey is easy to create with the online wizard, thus designed to maximize the survey’s customization capacity. Each survey can be split into different sections, with a better overall organization on the aspects to be covered. There are currently no less than 10 types of survey questions available in the wizard. These include choice questions (both single answered and multiple questions), matrix questions, open ended questions or image choice questions. With such a full customization capacity, we can be confident that each issue in question in the research will receive an adequate type of question/answer scheme.
- LAUNCH. The created survey can be virtually deployed in any environment, under any form. The respondents can either take the online survey or they can use the fax or email to send their completed survey, with EZCensus automatically importing the answers directly in the product’s implemented database. The accessibility level is flexible, so that the user can decide whether a survey is left public or for authenticated users only. This is important to canalize the survey on the category of respondents relevant to the scope of the survey.
- ANALYZE. The results obtained from the survey are stored in the database and presented in the form of charts and customized results tables, where specific questions are listed in the table. These output tools greatly facilitate the capacity of the organizational staff to interpret results and produce the necessary decisions based on these. CSV export and PDF reporting complete the application’s output capacity.
